I made coffee, stepped outside for a quick breathe and then spent more time on the computer in one sitting than I have in 4 1/2 years ( the age of my youngest son). I'm not a computer- minded person. I don't like it when our DVD player greets us with "HELLO" when you turn it on. It freaks me out just a little. But about a month ago, I made the decision to begin a blog and I am excited, really excited. My header? Did it myself and I walked around the house like a peacock for several minutes. (Well, okay, maybe I did use a tutorial I found here http://foothillhomecompanion.blogspot.com. Thanks, Molly. )
And why wait until this morning if I made the decision a month ago? Because my youngest boy started Kindergarten today. He kissed me good bye at the gate, grabbed his back pack and walked right into the school. He didn't even look back. I kind of wanted him to look back. But I know that when I go to pick him up in an hour, he'll be looking for me. And so will my oldest.
And now, I guess I'm going to push this button. "click"
